City of Lakewood Proposed zoning Changes

The City of Lakewood  City Council is in the process of make zoning changes that may affect our ditch system, as well as the Kawanee Gardens neighborhood.  For more info or to sign a petition to reconsider some changes go to:

Construction Policy

A "prescriptive easement," means the ditch lateral system cannot be altered in any way, either by location, elevation, or type of ditch without permission from the Board of Directors.
